Why an evening ritual for couples
Most couples do not lack love. They lack a small, regular moment that is not about logistics. Twolight sets that moment at a time you choose, asks one question written by a person, and keeps the whole thing under five minutes.
The daily question is free forever. You answer, your partner answers, and both answers stay hidden until both are in.
Start on one phone, no account
A short setup asks your name, your partner's name, how long you have been together, whether you live in the same place and what you would like more of. Twolight then draws your couple constellation, names your archetype (one of eight, such as The Night Owls or The Long-Haul) and picks Tonight's 3 questions.
From there you can read the first question out loud right away. Nothing needs a second phone and nothing needs a sign-up.
Questions, games and tools in one place
The Tonight tab holds the daily question. Explore has 14 question decks, the Guess Me game, date ideas, the repair kit and long-distance tools. Answers keeps the history and Us shows days together, your streak and your share cards.
Your partner joins by link
When you send a Guess Me round or an answer, the content travels inside the link. Your partner opens it in Twolight, answers, and sends one back. There is no server in between, which is why the app can promise that nothing about you is collected.
Hard nights are part of the plan
The repair kit has a cool-down timer with slow breathing, a three-part sentence builder that turns a complaint into a request, 40 repair phrases and a calm message that asks for a time to talk. It is a communication aid and says so: Twolight is not therapy.
Private by design
No account, no analytics SDK, no tracking, no server of its own. Your profile, answers, notes and settings live on your phone under iOS Data Protection. Details in the privacy policy.

Is Twolight free?

Does my partner need the app?
Not tonight. Couch mode and the daily question work on one phone. To compare answers or play Guess Me on separate phones, your partner opens your link in Twolight.
Where are our answers stored?
On your device only, protected by iOS Data Protection. Twolight has no account and no server.
Is Twolight therapy?
No. It offers conversation prompts and calm communication aids. If you feel unsafe, the app has a Safety resources screen.
When can I download it?
Twolight is in development and not on the App Store yet. This page will link to the store when it ships.
