Twolight is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. The summary below is a convenience, and the Apple agreement is the binding text. Twolight is not therapy, Plus is billed by Apple, and what you write stays yours and on your device.
The agreement
Twolight is licensed under the Apple Standard EULA. By using the app you agree to it.
The service
Twolight offers conversation questions, games and communication tools for couples. It is not therapy, counseling or medical advice, and it cannot respond to emergencies.
Twolight Plus
Plus is offered as auto-renewing yearly or weekly subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Plus belongs to the Apple ID that buys it and can be shared through Apple Family Sharing.
Your content and acceptable use
What you write is yours and stays on your device. When you send a link, you are responsible for who you send it to. Do not use Twolight to harass, threaten or harm anyone. Twolight is for people 13 and older.
Liability
Twolight is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Restore earlier purchases in the app with Restore Purchases, on any iPhone signed in with the same Apple Account.
- Use of the app is governed by the Apple Standard EULA and our Privacy Policy.
